Sustainability starts with small, everyday choices, like giving a simple wine cork a second life. Even something this tiny can end up becoming part of something as big and lasting as a building.
“Save the Cork!” is a recycling initiative promoted by the Amalfi Coast Tourism District and supported by hotels, restaurants, bars and bistros all along the Coast. By taking part, local businesses can make sure that used wine corks, after protecting the wine they sealed, are collected and reused in eco-friendly construction materials.
